The specialty dish of the Restaurant of the Camping Mirage is "Tubettoni Cozze&Pecorino", (a special kind of nudel with mussels and sheep cheese), and many other dishes of the Mediterranean Tradition as "Vermicelli" with various mussel, until the Parmigiana with aubergines to enjoy with the famous Ischia wines.
